The Rix Group is a progressive specialist contractor who leads the way in managing challenging and diverse ground engineering projects. We provide a multitude of ground stabilisation & ground support methodologies including piling, shotcrete (Inc gunite), rock bolting, soil nails & ground anchors.

The Role – permanent full-time
n
Due to ourcurrent operational requirements and sustained growth, our Sydney Piling division are recruiting for experienced Piling Rig Operators.
n
Requirements:
n
n
Experience in operating up to 100 tonne rigs
n
Experience in piling walls, foundation piling, sheet piling
n
Experience of using other on-site machinery is beneficial
n
Hold current & valid construction tickets
n
White card
n
n
Duties & Tasks
n
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you demonstrate the following;
n
n
The Operation of Piling Rigs
n
Assisting the Piling Crews
n




Maintaining the productivity rate
n
Cleaning and general maintenance of piling rigs
n
Working to site plans
n
Occasional Offsiding
n
A background within the Ground Engineering Piling sector
n
Team player
n
Sound knowledge of safety regulations in Australia, have a strong safety focus and be able to execute the work in full compliance with safety rules and regulations.
n
Reliable
n
Ability to pass a project specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen.
n
n
