The Role
n
We now have the opportunity for a Project Coordinator – Structural Integrity to join our Team in a hybrid role working from our Pert CBD Head Office as well as on site. You will be responsible for leading a team of trade and non-trade personnel to accomplish key project deliverables with responsibilities including:
n
n
Coordinating structural integrity, remediation, and asset maintenance projects, ensuring delivery aligned with safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements
n
Supporting project planning through development of scopes, methodologies, estimates, schedules, resource plans, and risk assessments
n
Managing procurement, logistics, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure effective project execution and resource availability
n
Monitoring project performance, costs, milestones, and variations, proactively addressing risks, delays, and commercial impacts
n
Maintaining and reviewing engineering, quality, and project documentation, including client deliverables, reporting,



and project close-out packs
n
Building strong stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement initiatives
n
n
What You will Need
n
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
n
n
Relevant Trade or Engineering qualification
n
Strong technical knowledge of fixed plant mining and structural integrity, asset integrity, or reliability programs in heavy industry environments
n
Experience in a multidisciplinary project environment
n
The ability to manage and execute end to end deliverables on multiple projects
n
Flexible and able to work away as required
n
A current Australian Drivers Licence
n
