The role/you:

In charge of day to day service of the bar.
n
Make beverages in a dispense bar setting with speed and efficiency.
n
Maintain high standards of bar cleanliness and organisation.
n
Must have 2+ years in bartending, with strong classic cocktail and spirit knowledge.
n
Potential to be involved in menu curation if interested.
n
*****hrs per week with more hours going into summer.
n
RSA and full working rights in Australia.
