Our client is a leading digital business seeking a Braze Specialist - Marketing Manager to create automated lifecycle journeys, deliver targeted communications and drive customer growth.

This is a hands‐on CRM role ideal for someone who enjoys marketing automation, copywriting, segmentation, and data‐driven optimisation. You'll manage Braze journeys, write email/social copy, build campaigns, run A/B tests and analyse performance ensuring leads stay engaged and move through the funnel.

This is a full‐time role based in Melbourne with hybrid flexibility.

The Chance
n
You'll be responsible for:
n
n
Building automated lifecycle journeys in Braze
n
Writing email/SMS/push copy for nurture, onboarding and re‐engagement
n
Segmenting audiences based on behaviour, suburb, lead stage and intent
n
Running A/B tests across subject lines, CTAs, incentives and content blocks
n
Managing broadcast campaigns including newsletters and promotional pushes
n
Analysing performance across open, click, conversion and SQL progression
n
Collaborating with marketing, product and Webflow developers on full‐funnel optimisation
n




Ensuring Braze data flows correctly via API integrations and tracking
n

About You
n
We're looking for a CRM marketer with strong copywriting skills and experience using Braze or similar CEP's
n
You'll likely bring:
n
n
5-7 years' experience in CRM, lifecycle or email marketing
n
Experience using Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, Customer.io or similar
n
Strong written communication skills for email, SMS and social copy
n
Understanding of customer journeys, segmentation and retention strategy
n
Ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns based on performance
n
Comfort working independently while collaborating with internal teams
n
