Your New Role
n
Join a team responsible for delivering a secure, modern, and seamless workplace technology experience across the organisation. As a Systems Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, implementing, and continuously improving end user computing and identity services, helping to enhance productivity, security, and operational resilience for thousands of users.
n
Key Responsibilities include:
n
n
Design, implement, and support modern workplace and end user computing solutions.
n
Drive the continuous improvement of identity and access management services, ensuring reliability, security, and an exceptional user experience.
n
Act as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance on complex technical issues and supporting escalations.
n
Partner with technology and business stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.
n
Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve service delivery, and enhance operational efficiency.
n
Embed security-by-design principles into technology solutions and partner closely with cybersecurity teams to address risks and vulnerabilities.
n
Collaborate across technology teams to manage dependencies and ensure successful delivery of workplace technology initiatives.
n

How do you exceed our expectations?
n
Qualifications / Requirements
n
n
Demonstrated experience (typically 5+ years) designing, deploying, and operating modern workplace environments in medium to large enterprises.
n
Proven experience implementing and supporting Zero Trust–aligned workplace controls, including identity‐centric access, device trust, password less, and continuous verification rather than perimeter‐based security.
n
Knowledge of cloud‐first workplace environments and modern device management practices.
n
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to lead the resolution of complex technical issues.
n
Experience operating workplace environments where least‐privilege access and assume‐breach principles are applied by default, including: Minimising standing administrative access, supporting just‐in‐time or time‐bound elevated access models, designing controls to limit lateral movement and blast radius.
n
A continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for automation, innovation, and enhancing user experiences.
n
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across technical and business teams.

Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Certified:
Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD‐102). Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC‐300) - Highly desirable
