This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor - Civil to join the business and take ownership of site-based delivery across a range of civil infrastructure projects.
n
With a strong pipeline of work, the company is looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor with proven Council and Transport project experience who can lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The Role
n
n
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities across civil infrastructure projects.
n
Lead site crews, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure works are delivered efficiently.
n
Manage daily site operations in accordance with project programmes and construction methodologies.
n
Coordinate plant, labour, materials and subcontractor resources.
n
Monitor project progress and ensure key milestones are achieved.
n
Interpret and work from drawings, specifications, scopes and project documentation.
n
Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and daily site briefings.
n
Ensure all works are completed in accordance with HSEQ requirements and company standards.
n
Identify and proactively manage site issues, risks and constraints.
n
Liaise closely with Project Managers, Engineers, clients, consultants and subcontractors.
n
Maintain accurate site records, diaries, reports and project documentation.
n
Monitor quality of works and ensure construction activities meet required standards.
n
Assist with project planning, programming and sequencing of works.
n
Coordinate inspections, testing and handover activities.
n




Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, councils, transport authorities and project stakeholders.

What We're Looking For
n
n
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor within civil construction.
n
Council and Transport project experience is essential.
n
Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and site operations.
n
Demonstrated experience supervising crews and subcontractors.
n
Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, specifications and project documentation.
n
Strong understanding of site safety, quality and environmental requirements.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Solid leadership skills with a hands-on approach to site supervision.
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against project programmes.
n
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
n
Relevant civil construction qualifications or industry tickets will be highly regarded.
n
White Card and relevant site-based
qualifications/tickets
are required.
