This firm is looking for a conveyancer to join their existing conveyancing team.

THE ROLE
n
As a conveyancer your duties and responsibilities will include:
n
n
Managing conveyancing transactions from start to finish, including contracts, reviews, and exchanges.
n
Preparing contracts for sale and post-exchange documentation.
n
Handling settlements and lodgements through PEXA.
n
Advising clients on legal requirements and changes.
n
Coordinating with mortgage lenders, developers, and other parties.
n




Performing other duties as needed to support the process.
n

ABOUT YOU
n
To be considered a suitable candidate you must have:
n
n
Minimum 3 years conveyancing experience gained through managing your own files
n
Great organisational skills
n
Ability to manage competing priorities and time constraints practically and effectively
n
The ability to build rapport with clients
n
Pro-active in progressing matters to completion
n
