Swissport in Australia is seeking a 12-month full time Employee Communications & Engagement Partner to support the People function by delivering clear, engaging and consistent communications across the business, reporting to Head of Industrial Relations & HR.

You will develop employee communications, engagement initiatives and plans, draft leadership messages, support union communications, and help shape employer branding and internal campaigns, ensuring clarity for a diverse workforce.
