About the Opportunity:
n
Proactively identify global print and pattern trends to keep our collections fresh, relevant, and aligned with our brand DNA.
n
Partner with multiple merchandise teams to develop cohesive, story-driven designs across a variety of hard and soft home categories.
n
Create prints that balance strong visual appeal with the ability to drive incremental sales and support business goals.
n
Organize, catalogue, and maintain our print library and digital assets to ensure efficient access and seamless workflow.
n
Convey design concepts effectively through compelling visuals and articulate explanations that support brand alignment.
n
Embrace learning opportunities across the homewares space, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to expand your skill set.
n
Your Background:
n




3+ years' experience in design or product development, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications.
n
Strong background in Homewares and ability to translate global trends for the Australian market.
n
Solid understanding of bedlinen and soft home construction methods, finishing, and fabric properties, including treatments, washes, and weights.
n
Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with familiarity across Microsoft applications.
n
Robust commercial awareness, including retail, financial, and business acumen.
n
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional teams and manage multiple deadlines.
n
Deep knowledge of market trends, customer segments, and the competitive landscape.
