Personal Assistant and Driver - Mandarin Speaking

An excellent chance is available for an experienced Personal Assistant / Family Assistant & Driver to support a private principal and their family.
n
This is a hands‐on, relationship-based role suited to someone who is reliable, organised, discreet and comfortable providing both personal assistance and family driving support.
n
The role involves a mix of family transportation, personal errands, schedule coordination and general day-to-day assistance, helping ensure the family's commitments and arrangements run smoothly.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Provide safe, punctily and professional transportation for the family, including school runs, appointments, activities, shopping and other commitments.
n
Provide driving support for the principal and other family members as required.
n
Manage family vehicles, including servicing, maintenance, cleaning, registration and insurance.
n
Assist with personal errands, shopping, collections, deliveries, bookings and appointments.
n
Help coordinate personal and family schedules and day-to-day arrangements.
n
Assist with travel bookings, accommodation, transfers and itineraries when required.
n
Provide general personal and administrative support.
n
Handle changing priorities calmly and assist with practical matters as they arise.
n
Maintain a high level of privacy,



discretion and confidentiality at all times.

About You
n
We are looking for someone who has:
n
Fluent Mandarin and English — Mandarin is essential.
n
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Family Assistant, Private Driver, Chauffeur or in a similar role.
n
Experience supporting a private individual or family will be highly regarded.
n
A current Australian driver's licence and strong driving record.
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
A professional, well‐presented and courteous manner.
n
Excellent reliability and punctuality.
n
Good judgement and a robust understanding of privacy and confidentiality.
n
A practical, proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
n
Flexibility to accommodate changing family schedules and requirements, including occasional weekend work where required.
n

This is a private, hands‐on position rather than a traditional corporate PA role.
n
