About The Role
Join Allianz Partners as a
Customer Service Consultant
in our Travel Helpdesk team. In this role, you'll deliver exceptional service by managing inbound and outbound calls, supporting customers with travel-related enquiries, and ensuring timely, accurate resolutions.
You'll be part of a supportive team environment with strong career development pathways in a global organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service across phone-based interactions
Understand customer needs and provide timely, accurate resolutions
Promote customer satisfaction and retention
Handle complex enquiries and complaints, escalating where required
Provide explicit and consistent information on products, services, and entitlements
Verify customer eligibility and coordinate service delivery
Maintain accurate call notes and incident records
Achieve individual and team KPIs
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and personal development
Qualifications
What You Bring
Completion of Year 12 (or equivalent)
Certificate III/IV in Telecommunications (advantageous)
A strong commitment to ongoing learning and development
Technical Skills
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Good typing and computer literacy skills
Core Capabilities

Ability to self-manage performance in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of empathy and customer focus
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
