We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our branch.
n
This role is responsible for driving business performance, leading and developing the team, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining operational excellence.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Lead, coach and develop branch employees to achieve team goals
n
Drive sales growth while maintaining outstanding customer service
n
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
n
Manage branch operations such as;
n
Staffing levels
n
Rosters
n
Annual leave
n
Monitoring productivity and daily workflow to ensure efficiency
n
Managing stock levels, re-ordering and stocktakes
n
Managing incidents, customer complaints and operation issues promptly
n
Company KPI's
n
Addressing performance issues
n
Maintaining high housekeeping standards
n
Recruitment, training and supporting team members to maximise performance
n
Build strong relationships with existing and current customers
n
Ensure workplace health and safety standards are maintained
n




Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability
n
n
About you
n
n
Previous experience in Branch Manager, Store Manager or similar leadership roles
n
Proven background within the industry essential
n
Proven ability to achieve sales and operational targets
n
Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
n
A commitment to fostering a positive and accountable team culture
n
Ability to demonstrate leadership skills
n
