Position Overview
n
We are seeking experienced EWP Trainer & Assessors based in Victoria to join our growing team.
n
This opportunity is based at our Sunshine West training facility and involves delivering high-quality training and assessment in the following units of competency:
n
TLILIC**** – Licence to Operate a Boom-type Elevating Work Platform
n
Weekend and evening courses are also available for those seeking additional contractor work or versatile side opportunities.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Deliver engaging, practical and industry-relevant training and assessment
n
Ensure all training and assessment is delivered in accordance with industry standards, safety requirements and RTO compliance obligations
n
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, assessment documentation and related administrative requirements
n
Support learners to achieve competency through quality facilitation and assessment practices
n
Maintain current industry knowledge, including equipment, legislation and best practice
n
Contribute positively to a professional, learner-focused training environment
n

Requirements
n
n
Competency in at least one of the units listed above
n




Current Accredited Assessor Card
n
At least 2 years' relevant industry experience,with the ability to demonstrate current industry skills and knowledge
n
TAE*****, TAE*****or equivalent training and assessment qualification
n
Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
n
A professional approach and genuine passion for helping others learn
n
The ability to build rapport with students and deliver training in an engaging and supportive manner
n
