About the Role
n
We're looking for an experienced Accessibility Specialist to:
n
n
Embed accessibility throughout the design and development lifecycle
n
Collaborate with designers, developers, and researchers across multiple projects
n
Identify and resolve accessibility issues in wireframes, prototypes, and front-end code
n
Conduct manual accessibility testing using assistive tech (screen readers, speech-to-text, magnifiers)
n
Influence and support automated accessibility testing
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
5+ years of experience in accessibility across mobile apps (Android/iOS) and responsive web
n
Deep understanding of WCAG, ARIA/WAI-ARIA, and platform-specific guidelines
n
Hands-on knowledge of assistive technologies and how people with disabilities use them
n
Experience reviewing Figma/Axure designs and collaborating in multi-disciplinary teams
n
Strong communication skills and a passion for inclusive design
n

Nice to Have

Experience conducting usability testing with people with disability
n
Familiarity with inclusive design methodologies and accessibility on emerging platforms
n
n
