Job Description
Chrysalis Accommodation in Port Macquarie is seeking a Team Leader to manage SIL/SDA care and lead a dedicated disability support team. The role features a four-day workweek with three days of direct participant support and one day for leadership and administration.

As Team Leader, you will guide staff, implement PBSPs, supervise and mentor the team, manage incident documentation and rosters, and ensure participant wellbeing and community inclusion within a 24-hour care model.
