The Opportunity
n
n
You will take ownership of the processing lifecycle of migration applications, including:
n
Managing cases from engagement through to lodgment
n
Reviewing eligibility and aligning documentation with visa criteria
n
Preparing and finalizing decision-ready applications
n
Drafting submissions, statutory declarations, and supporting documents
n
Ensuring compliance with migration legislation and policy
n
Lodging applications accurately and efficiently
n
n
You will also:
n

Supervise and guide processing staff and junior team members
n
Review checklists, documents, and application readiness
n
Ensure timelines and lodgment targets are met
n
Work closely with
consultants/advisors
to align strategy and execution
n
n
Senior-Level Responsibilities:
n

For experienced candidates,



the role will also involve:
n
Reviewing complex cases prior to lodgment
n
Providing technical guidance and quality control
n
Training and developing processing team members
n
Improving internal workflows and case handling standards
n
n
You are:
n
n
A Registered Migration Agent or Immigration Lawyer in a consulting role - NOT a Processing role.
n
Highly detail-oriented with strong advisory, documentation, and compliance skills
n
Experienced in assessing eligibility, providing strategic migration advice, and guiding case direction
n
Confident in reviewing, refining, and signing off on applications independently
n
Organized and able to manage multiple active matters with a consultancy mindset
n
Comfortable advising team members and clients on complex scenarios
n
Accountable for accuracy, strategy, timelines, and client outcomes
n
n
Experience Levels:
n
n
Minimum 3 years RMA experience
n
Strong background in end-to-end case strategy, advisory, and lodgment oversight
n
Extensive experience handling complex visa subclasses (GSM, employer-sponsored, partner, etc.)
n
Proven ability to review, guide, and elevate team output from a technical standpoint
n




Confident in client-facing consultations and high-level case direction
n

Migration Consultant:
n
n
Minimum 1 year relevant experience
n
Strong foundation in visa advisory, eligibility assessments, and documentation requirements
n
Familiar with lodgment standards, compliance, and client consultation processes
n
Willing to grow into a senior advisory and leadership role
n
n
Remuneration:
n
Migration Consultant
n
$65,000 – $75,000 base + performance bonuses
n
$80,000 – $110,000 base + performance incentives
n
