Work 4 days per week earning $**** per day. Books already full.

That's what the current doctors are billing, and they're fully booked on 4 day weeks. The room is open because an existing GP is leaving, so you'd step into an established list rather than build one.

It's 100% bulk billing, with a patient base drawn largely from the local Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi and Indian speaking community. Robust volumes of vaccinations, health checks, care plans and minor procedures alongside general family medicine.

Owned and run by a GP and practice manager couple since ****. The principal GP splits his time across both sites, the practice manager is based here, and there's a long-standing admin team behind them. Deliberately non-corporate, so you deal with the owner directly rather than a head office.
