The Opportunity
n
This field-based role will:
n
n
Develop and grow existing Gippsland trade accounts
n
Expand trade relationships into the SE Melbourne corridor
n
Identify and convert new trade opportunities across industrial, construction and automotive sectors
n
n
This is a relationship-led field sales role combining account management with structured territory growth.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Maintain and strengthen existing trade relationships
n
Identify and secure new trade customers
n
Execute structured call plans and territory coverage
n
Provide product guidance across coatings systems
n




Collaborate with store teams to ensure reliable service delivery
n
Monitor competitor activity and market trends
n
n
About You
n
n
Experience in field sales, trade sales or account management
n
Background in coatings, automotive, construction or industrial supply preferred
n
Strong relationship builder with commercial awareness
n
Comfortable managing a sales territory autonomously
n
Confident using CRM or inventory systems
n
Current Victorian Driver's Licence
n
n
