About the role: Duties and Responsibilities:
n
This role involves a variety of one-on-one and group physiotherapy services provided to residents inaged care facilities. Some regular duties include:
n
n
Functional assessments on admission,
quarterly/annually,
and as required.
n
Rehabilitation and short-term restorative care
n
Small-group Exercise classes
n
Wellness programs
n
Programs allow for resident-cantered and individualized care.
n
Manual handling training
n
Opportunities for work and training in other streams, such as Community Home care, and Telehealth
n
n
Required: Skills and Qualifications:
n
n
Holds a Bachelors' Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent approved by AHPRA –Full or Level 3 or Level 4 limited Registration.
n
Has a valid Drivers' license and reliable vehicle.
n




Possesses Professional indemnity insurance, or willing to obtain it.
n
Holds a valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willing to obtain it.
n
Flu Vaccination Certificate (or willing to obtain)
n
Has COVID vaccine certificate, or willing to obtain it.
n
