Our client, a well-established and respected Dealership in Brighton, is currently looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join their professional team. Competitive basic salary of £29,500 per annum, negotiable depending on experience
n
Uncapped bonus scheme with an OTE of up to £38,000
n
Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
n
1-in-4 Saturday mornings (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM), retail work only — no workshop duties
n
25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with additional holiday entitlement based on length of service
n

Duties:

Delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards and professionalism
n




Managing service bookings efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely processing
n
Upselling service plans, warranties, and additional customer needs
n
Handling paperwork processing and auditing to ensure compliance and accuracy
n
Building and maintaining solid relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business
n
Driving sales and profit growth through effective communication and upselling
n
Upholding the dealership's professional image and quality standards consistently
n

Requirements:
n
n
Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a prestige or franchised dealership environment
n
Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills
n
A professional and friendly approach to customers and team members
n
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
n
Basic Motor Trade knowledge and sales skills
n
Familiarity with Power DMS and RTC systems is advantageous
n
Motivated to develop within the automotive industry and achieve targets
n
