As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team and help us maintain that reputation.

What you'll be doing
n

Managing all in office activities from pre-start through to practical completion
n
Coordinating subcontractors and site personnel across aviation and fitout works
n
Ensuring full compliance with OH&S;, airport security protocols, and regulatory requirements
n
Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
n
Liaising with clients, project managers, consultants, and airport/facility stakeholders
n
Maintaining site documentation, diaries, ITPs, and inspection records
n
Managing works in live, operational environments with minimal disruption to end users
n

What we're looking for
n
n




Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction — fitout and/or aviation experience highly regarded
n
Comfortable working in access-controlled, security-sensitive environments
n
Current Construction Induction (White Card) and valid driver's licence
n
Strong knowledge of building codes, Australian Standards, and WHS legislation
n
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
n
A solutions-focused mindset with high attention to detail and finish quality
n
