Auto Cartel is a membership-based coaching and mentorship community supporting 100+ independent workshop owners across Australia, many of whom rely on us to manage their paid advertising.

About the Role
n
We're looking for a Paid Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to support our Marketing Manager in running paid advertising across the group. You'll help manage a live portfolio ad accounts spanning Auto Cartel clients, ALPHA Tyres and Auto Cartel itself, plus support AI-generated static creative for campaigns. This is a genuine second-in-line role with room to grow as the portfolio scales.

This role is remote/hybrid, with minimal requirement to be on-site in Echuca.

Key Responsibilities
n
Set up, manage and optimise Meta ad campaigns
n




Support Google Ads campaigns where required
n
Create and adapt AI-generated static ad creative for campaigns
n
Manage marketing automation and campaigns within GoHighLevel
n
Monitor account performance, flag issues and report on campaign results
n
Work closely with our Marketing Manager to keep the paid media engine running smoothly as we scale
n
About You
n
Proven experience managing Meta Ads accounts in an agency or in-house setting — non-negotiable
n
Google Ads experience highly regarded
n
Familiarity with GoHighLevel (or similar CRM/automation platforms) a strong plus
n
Comfortable using AI tools for creative and campaign support
n
Highly organised — you can manage multiple accounts without dropping the ball
n
A team player who's happy working under direction while building toward more autonomy over time
n
