Job Summary
n Step into a high-impact inventory role where accuracy in SAP and Excel directly supports a busy distribution operation. This position exists to keep stock integrity tight across the warehouse and 3PL admin support, with ownership of cycle counts, adjustments, and day-to-day inventory problem solving. It will suit someone who enjoys being the go-to person for stock accuracy, data quality, and process follow-through.

Stable Monday to Friday roster: 7:00am to 3:00pm

Hands-on ownership of stock integrity across inventory adjustments, investigations, and cycle counts

Based in Darra with an office-first setup, while still staying connected to the operation on the warehouse floor

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Own inventory accuracy by completing cycle counts, investigating variances, and driving stock corrections through SAP
n




Manage stock adjustments and data entry, ensuring clean, audit-ready records and timely updates
n
Provide inventory and stock admin support for 3PL activity, including resolving stock queries and exceptions
n
Assist with operational coordination as needed, including supporting drivers with relevant paperwork or stock-related queries
n
Identify issues early, troubleshoot, and follow through until the root cause is understood and addressed
n
n
Reality check: while office-based, you will need to be comfortable going into the warehouse to complete cycle counts and working around dangerous goods chemicals, from low level through to flammable
n
Requirements
n
n
Proven experience in warehouse administration and inventory or stock control
n
Intermediate to advanced SAP skills (essential)
n
Robust Excel capability, confident working with data and reconciling discrepancies
n
Solid Microsoft Office knowledge, including Outlook
n
Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to question variances and incomplete information
