What you'll do:
n
n
Responsible andaccountable for managing flow, sequencing, slicing and velocity of work. Support backlog management. Drives removal of impediments. Monitors Squad performance and identifies opportunities for improvement.
n
Manage 2/3 squads' scope and deliverables to ensure program timelines are being achieved.
n
Responsible for facilitating workshops and events, including Quarterly Planning Events and Tribe Release Planning.
n
Responsible for ensuring squad is compliant with appropriate governance and practices.
n
Responsible for squad level reporting, managing RAID.
n
Work with Product Owners to manage and prioritise work through the backlog, ensuring work is tracked and progressing and that there is an appropriate balance across Squad members.
n
Work with Scrum Masters / Platform Delivery Leads / Program Tribe leadership to sequence work and manage dependencies across squads and tribes.
n
Ensure a high-level understanding of what the squads' are delivering and manage squad scope and deliverables to ensure program timelines are being achieved.
n

What you'll bring:
n
n
Minimum of 5-10 years' Scrum Master/Project Management experience working on large programs of scale within large enterprise environments
n
Previous experience using Agile in a large complex environment, with a deep understanding of the core principles of agile methodology.
n
A background in Finance would be advantageous
n
Understand the long-terms goals of the squad,



and how they deliver to those goals on a sprint-by-sprint basis.
n
Robust delivery skills and ability to clearly define project objectives, benefits, and ability to deal with ambiguity.
n
Experience in managing geographically dispersed team, including offshore
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to develop trust and credibility with executive level through to the squad.
n
