Business Analyst

Location: Adelaide, SA
n Contract: 6 months, with likely extension
n Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days in the office
n Travel: Occasional travel to Olympic Dam site

About the Role
n
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support technology and business initiatives, working closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyse processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Support Technology Infrastructure projects.
n
Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and document functional and non-functional requirements.
n
Analyse and map current business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
n
Develop tactical plans to improve business processes and outcomes.
n
Apply solid analytical and problem-solving skills to complex business requirements.
n
Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and communication throughout projects.
n




Ensure requirements and processes are clearly documented.
n
n
About You
n
n
Proven experience working as a Business Analyst.
n
Experience with process mapping and business process analysis.
n
Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
Knowledge of BABOK is advantageous.
n
Experience in Technology Infrastructure projects is preferred.
n
Industry experience across Natural Resources, Utilities, Construction or Electrical environments will be highly regarded.
n
Comfortable with occasional travel to the Olympic Dam site.
n
