Calvary in Australia seeks an Intake Coordinator to manage referrals from MAC, clients, families and health professionals via MAC portal, EMR, phone, email, fax and in person. You will assess suitability and priorities and record details in MAC, EMR and iPM.

You will provide information about other services, perform administrative tasks, and maintain communication with aged care facilities with weekly vacancy updates.
