Responsibilities will include:

Managing the day-to-day performance of a commercial portfolio
n
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
n
Lease administration, renewals, options and rent reviews
n
Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractors
n
Conducting property inspections and preparing reports
n
Managing arrears, budgets, invoices and property outgoings
n
Assisting with leasing and tenant negotiations
n
Ensuring properties remain compliant and well maintained
n




Providing proactive advice to protect and improve clients' assets

Experienced Commercial Property Manager seeking their next opportunity

You will ideally offer:

Property management experience within either the commercial or residential sector

Strong communication and relationship-management skills

Current real estate registration and a valid driver's licence
