About the role
n
We're looking for a driven and customer-focused, immediately available Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team until June **** working 30:24 per week (0.8 FTE). Based at our Newstead corporate office, you'll partner with hiring managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

You'll play a key role in delivering best-practice recruitment outcomes, strengthening talent pipelines, and promoting a compelling employee value proposition.

Manage full recruitment lifecycle (ads, screening, offers)
n
Partner with leaders on hiring needs and recruitment strategy
n
Build talent pipelines using Premium Talent Search and ATS tools
n
Deliver high-quality candidate care and meet hiring timeframes
n
Support high-volume recruitment campaigns and projects
n
Provide data-driven insights and recruitment advice
n
n
About you
n
n
Proven end-to-end recruitment experience in healthcare or a similar industry (ideally high-volume)
n
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
n
Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
n
Experience with ATS (PageUp desirable) and sourcing tools
n
Detail-oriented with a focus on candidate experience
n
