We are advertising on behalf of our client (Jervis Bay Wild) Position: Chef Location: Jervis Bay NSW **** Salary: $79,000 - $82,000 plus Superannuation Our client 'Jervis Bay Wild' is looking for a Chef to join their growing kitchen team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Creating menu items, recipes and dishes, ensuring variety and quality
n
Working closely with the Executive Chef to develop menu ideas
n
Managing daily production and planning
n
Determining food inventory needs, ordering and stocking
n
Controlling kitchen operational costs
n
Managing and working closely with other Chefs of all levels
n
Ensuring the kitchen meets all food safety and hygiene regulations
n
Maintain a climate of cooperation and respect between teammates
n
Train junior kitchen staff
n
Prepare and cook food based on recipe guidelines
n
n
To be considered for this role, you must have:

Relevant qualification/s

Prior experience in a similar role/setting
