Job Description
Responsibilities

Manage and grow an established portfolio of SME customers across Emerald and the surrounding region
n
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, secure new business and support customer retention
n
Visit customer sites across Emerald and the surrounding region
n
Build strong customer relationships and provide tailored waste management solutions
n
Prepare quotations and complete online risk assessments
n
Accurately manage customer information within internal systems
n
Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations to set up customer accounts and activate services seamlessly
n
Monitor customer activity, analyse system data and resolve issues
n
Work closely with Operations to deliver secure, efficient and high-quality service outcomes
n

Requirements
n
n
Exceptional administration skills and outstanding attention to detail
n
Experience in customer service, sales support, account management or an emerging sales role
n
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
n
Customer-first approach
n
Confidence working across multiple systems
n
Ability to accurately manage customer information
n




Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously
n
Experience within the waste, logistics or transport industries is advantageous but not essential
n
