Swift Energy Group is a leading Electrical & Renewables company based in Toowoomba and Brisbane.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Renewables Manager to lead our renewables team and oversee project delivery, commercial performance and client relationships across both locations.
n
This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who enjoys building high‐performing teams, developing strong client relationships and taking ownership of projects from tender through to successful completion.
n
About the role
n
Based in Brisbane or Toowoomba, you will oversee renewable energy projects across both locations and play an important role in the continued growth of this division.
n
You'll work across Estimating, project delivery, client management and team leadership, helping us secure and deliver high-quality electrical renewables projects. You will also assist with the procurement and management of our Brisbane office.
n
Responsibilities include
n
n
Lead renewable energy projects from tender and award through to completion and handover.
n
Manage project programs, budgets, forecasting and overall commercial performance.
n
Lead and support project and site teams, ensuring people have the resources, information and direction they need to succeed.
n
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
n
Manage procurement, contract administration, variations, progress claims and project close-out.
n
Identify and manage project risks and opportunities across design, safety, quality, delivery and commercial performance.
n




Review project documentation and assist with the preparation, estimating and submission of tenders.
n
Identify new opportunities and contribute to the continued growth of Swift's renewables division.
n
Coordinate procurement and material availability across projects.
n
Manage solar stock across our Brisbane and Toowoomba depots.
n
Prepare project correspondence and attend client meetings and site visits as required.
n
Drive a strong safety culture and ensure projects meet Swift's HSEQ standards.
n
Regularly attend both our Brisbane and Toowoomba operations as required.
n
Continually look for better, safer and more productive ways of delivering our projects.

Successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following Skills and Experience
n
n
Proven experience in project management & or estimating within the electrical or renewable energy industry.
n
Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, contract administration and cost control.
n
Experience leading teams and coordinating resources across multiple projects.
n
Strong client‐facing communication and relationship management skills.
n
The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate project documentation.
n
A strong understanding of safety, quality and environmental requirements.
n




A solutions‐focused approach and willingness to take ownership.
n
A current open driver's licence and willingness to travel between Brisbane and Toowoomba.
n
Relevant electrical, trade, engineering or project management qualifications will be highly regarded.
n
A genuine desire to continually improve yourself, your team and the business.
