The role

An exciting opportunity has become available for a commercially minded Financial Analyst to join a well-established global organisation on an 8-month contract.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the budgeting and forecasting cycle, preparing detailed financial analysis, and delivering reporting that enables senior stakeholders to make informed business decisions.
n
You will work closely with both finance and operational teams, providing valuable commercial support while contributing to process improvements across the function.
n

Key Responsibilities
n
Prepare monthly management reports and provide insightful variance analysis.
n
Assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
n
Deliver financial modelling and ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives.
n
Partner with business leaders to provide commercial insights and performance reporting.
n




Support month-end reporting and ensure the accuracy of financial information.
n
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and drive efficiencies.
n
Work closely with stakeholders across finance and the wider business.
n
About You
n
CA/CPA qualified or working towards completion.
n
Previous experience in a Financial Analyst, FP&A; or Commercial Finance role.
n
Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
n
Advanced Excel skills and exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Dynamics 365.
n
Confident communicator with the ability to build robust stakeholder relationships.
n
Available to commence immediately or at short notice.
