Stonebank Group is a specialist property development advisory and delivery firm, engaged directly by owners and institutions to lead projects from planning through to completion.

We work across seniors living, residential, commercial, education and health sector projects throughout Victoria, across three core services: Development Management, Project Management, and Construction Quality Advisory.

With a strong pipeline ahead, we're growing our project delivery team and looking for a Project Manager to join us.

You'll take ownership of project delivery from briefing through to post-handover, working alongside senior team members and taking on real responsibility from day one. There's genuine room to grow your career here as we expand.

What You'll Bring
n
We're looking for a confident, proactive project leader who combines rigour with initiative. You'll bring:
n
n
A tertiary qualification in Project Management, Construction, Architecture, or related field
n
5+ years' project delivery experience, including on the client-side
n
Proven experience across seniors living or residential, and commercial, projects
n
Strong contract admin and stakeholder management skills
n
Keen risk identification and management and commercial awareness
n
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Helping lead end-to-end project delivery
n
Managing consultants, contractors, and authority relationships
n
Overseeing procurement, contracts, inspections and superintendency
n
Driving performance across time, cost, quality and scope
n
Identifying and resolving project risks early
n
Reporting to senior management with full delivery accountability
n
