The Big Group in Melbourne is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead the Guild Cafe and the upcoming Biblio Cafe at State Library Victoria. This Monday–Friday role sets the floor tone, develops the team, and drives service excellence across venues.

You will own reservations, rostering, and customer experience while maintaining SOPs, food safety, and sustainability standards to ensure memorable guest experiences at our venues.
