About the Role As Centre Director, you will:
n
n
Lead, mentor and inspire a passionate team of educators
n
Foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture
n
Drive occupancy, family engagement and centre performance
n
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and all regulatory requirements
n




Build strong relationships with families and the local community
n
Manage centre budgets, staffing and daily operations
n
Champion continuous improvement and quality outcomes
n
n
About You To be successful you will have:
n
n
Previous experience as a Centre Director or Assistant Director ready to step up
n
ACECQA-approved Early Childhood qualification
n
Current Working With Children Check
n
Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards
n
Proven leadership and people management experience
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Passion for mentoring and developing high-performing teams
n
