Job Description
Manage the allocated plant, materials and human resources to meet key project timelines for assigned projects. You will manage the job site on a day-to-day basis, liaise with all subcontractors to ensure completed works meet required specifications, and work in conjunction with the Project Manager, Estimators and Engineers.

Key responsibilities

Manage the allocated plant, materials and human resources to meet key project timelines for assigned projects
n
Liaise with all subcontractors and ensure completed works meet the required specifications
n
Ensure that workers adhere to Applied Groups safety policies and procedures at all times, whilst maintaining quality standards
n
Adhere to allocated budgets and KPIs for projects monthly and flag any issues
n
Participate in site audits, client meetings, signoffs, safety inspections and other requirements at appropriate stages for each project
n




Manage job site on a day-to-day basis
n
Delegate daily responsibilities
n
Ensure project documentation and administration is completed as required
n
Maintain equipment to ensure it remains serviceable, clean, tidy, and safe for operation
n
Perform other general duties as required
n

About you
n
n
Experience in civil construction environments in a supervisory capacity, with a focus on commercial work
n
Organised and capable with high professional standards
n
Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
n
Focused on health and safety
n
Ability to travel for regional based projects
