Job Description
Access Aged Care on the Central Coast is seeking an endorsed Nurse Practitioner to provide full-scope clinical care in a residential aged care setting one day per week. You will work within a co-managed multidisciplinary team with in office nurses, GPs, telehealth geriatricians and physicians, supported by dedicated administration.

You will hold AHPRA RN with NP endorsement and bring advanced assessment, diagnosis and care planning capabilities, plus leadership and quality-improvement experience.
