Job Description
UGL is seeking an experienced IR Advisor for the HumeLink West program in regional NSW. The role is in office with DIDO/FIFO or relocation allowances. You will provide strategic industrial relations guidance, liaise with unions, and support management in dispute resolution across multi-site operations.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant HR/IR qualification, CI card, and demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and advisory capabilities within a fast-paced construction environment.
