What you'll be doing
n

Be the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails from our clients (average of ***** interactions (blend of calls & emails) per day, approx ***** emails per day)
n
Accurately log client requests into our systems
n
Resolve queries efficiently and professionally
n
Meet client KPI's and contribute to team targets
n
Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
n
Support and improve internal processes and procedures
n

Experience in a call centre environment or customer service role (ie, retail or hospitality etc) is a plus but not essential - we'll provide full training so you can develop your career!

Proficient in computer literacy and keyboard skills
