Job Description

The Opportunity:
n
We are looking for a Cook to join our team at Prunus Lodge in Molong.
n
n
Knowledge and experience in working to the compliance of the Food Safety Standards to HACCP level
n
Strong time management and communication skills
n
Understanding of resident's rights, person-centred care and dignity of risk
n
Ability to manage change efficiently and effectively
n
Ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)
n
Certificate III & IV in Commercial
Cookery/Hospitality
n
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
n
Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and Special Dietary needs
n
Experience in Aged Care desirable
n
Team player who is highly motivated
n
Availability to work weekend shifts
n
n

$33 - $36 per hour base salary. Note,
the rate you are offered within this salary range is dependent on your skills, qualification, and level of experience.
