Responsibilities
n
As our Client Service Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every client experience is smooth, professional and memorable.
n
You will:
n
Assist advisers in delivering a seamless advice experience through the preparation, coordination and implementation of financial advice recommendations
n
Build genuine relationships with clients and make them feel valued and cared for
n




Prepare advice implementation documentation (e.g. applications) with accuracy and attention to detail
n
Liaise with product providers, platforms and professional partners to ensure adherence to best practice procedures and to overcome any hurdles, ensuring momentum in advice implementation.
n
Help maintain high-quality client records and compliance standards, including cyber protection.
n
Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and efficiencies
n
Contribute ideas and add value as we continue to grow and evolve
n
Requirements
n

Bonus points if you have:

Experience in financial planning
n
Intermediate skills with Xplan or similar CRM software
n
A passion for financial advice and helping bring plans to life
