Location: Mosman, NSW
n Hours: Monday–Thursday, 3:05pm until to 6:30/7:00pm (approx. ***** hrs/week)
n Salary: Up to $35/hr + superannuation + leave entitlements + car allowance
n Minis: 3 girls (13, 10 and 10 — including twins) + 1 gentle English Bulldog who loves an afternoon nap
n Commence: ASAP

This is a warm, close-knit family with a busy after-school rhythm — netball, gymnastics, rowing, sewing and plenty of baking, arts and crafts along the way. Both parents work from home during the week, so afternoons are all about creating a calm, organised landing for the girls after school: pick-up, homework, a healthy snack, and quality time together before the evening. The home has a relaxed, cosy feel and the family is looking for someone who wants to be part of their world for years to come, not just a season.

Duties:

School pick-up for the girls (Mon–Thu)
n
Homework supervision
n
Basic meal/snack preparation (mindful of dietary needs — low sugar, minimal dairy)
n
Driving to activities, social outings and errands (own car required)
n




Grocery shopping for kids' snacks/meals as needed
n
Light tidy-up around after-school routine
n
Pet duties — feeding and walks for the resident Bulldog
n
Being present and engaged — baking, crafts and genuine connection with the girls
n

You're an experienced, proactive nanny who doesn't need a lot of hand-holding — someone who naturally notices what needs to be done and takes pride in a smooth, calm afternoon. You're warm, patient and consistent, comfortable navigating normal sibling squabbles without losing your cool, and genuinely enjoy getting hands-on with kids' activities rather than just supervising from the sidelines. You're looking for a long-term role and want to become a trusted, familiar face in a family's life.
