Job Description
The Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable function, ensuring the timely, accurate and compliant processing of supplier invoices and payment activities across Boral
n
Your day will involve:
n
Leading a team of Accounts Payable Officers in a high-volume environment
n
Conduct regular performance reviews, development planning and coaching conversations
n
Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders (internally and externally)
n
Prepare to be "hands on" to cover gaps in processes
n
Liaising with suppliers to resolve account reconciliation issues
n
Driving process improvement within the accounts payable function
n
What we are looking for:
n
5+ years Accounts Payable experience in a medium to large organisation
n




Experience in leading an accounts payable processing team desirable
n
Working knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP platforms
n
Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes and financial controls
n
Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills
n
