A well-established and growing residential volume builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple new home builds across Melbourne's eastern suburbs.

Key Responsibilities
n
Manage residential builds from site start through to completion and handover
n
Coordinate and manage multiple trades and subcontractors throughout the build process
n
Maintain strong site productivity and drive projects forward to meet key milestones
n
Coordinate trades, materials and site activities to minimise delays and downtime
n
Conduct regular site meetings, inspections and progress reporting
n
Maintain site safety, toolbox talks and OH&S; compliance
n
Identify and resolve construction issues quickly and effectively
n
Work closely with Construction Managers, Supervisors, suppliers and internal teams
n
Ensure homes are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standard
n

Skills & Experience
n
Trade qualified, with Carpentry highly regarded
n
Proven experience as a Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Senior Supervisor within residential construction
n
Experience delivering high-volume residential projects for a volume or production builder
n
Strong understanding of residential construction processes, sequencing and building standards
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain build momentum
n
Strong trade and subcontractor management skills
n
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
Strong understanding of OH&S; and residential construction compliance
n
