About the Role
n
As a Senior Client Relationship Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of established clients, building strong relationships with senior HR and business leaders while ensuring the successful delivery of workforce transition and career coaching programs.
n
This is a unique role that combines client relationship management, account growth and service delivery with hands-on career coaching. You will work closely with organisations navigating workforce change, identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships while providing practical support and coaching to individuals during career transition.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n

Managing and growing a portfolio of key client relationships
n
Building trusted partnerships with senior HR and business stakeholders
n
Identifying opportunities to expand and enhance existing client engagements
n
Leading the delivery of workforce transition and change programs
n
Coordinating stakeholders, communications and service delivery activities
n
Monitoring program progress and providing client reporting
n




Delivering one-on-one career coaching and transition support
n
Assisting individuals with resume development, interview preparation, job search strategies and career planning
n
Supporting proposals, presentations and business development activities as required
n
n
About You
n
You are a commercially minded relationship manager who enjoys building trusted partnerships and delivering positive outcomes for both clients and individuals.
n
You bring a background in HR, talent acquisition, recruitment, career transition, workforce consulting or a related people-focused environment, and are comfortable operating at both a strategic and hands-on level.
n
To be successful, you will possess:
n
n
Experience managing client or stakeholder relationships within HR, recruitment, talent, consulting or professional services environments
n
Strong relationship building skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders
n
Experience supporting organisations through workforce change, career transition or talent-related initiatives
n
Confidence providing coaching, guidance and support to individuals navigating career change
n
Strong project coordination and organisational skills
n
Excellent communication and presentation capabilities
n
A proactive and commercially aware approach to account management and business growth
n
High levels of professionalism, integrity and discretion
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
Experience in outplacement, career transition, HR consulting, talent management or recruitment
n
Exposure to restructures, workforce change or organisational transformation programs
n
Career coaching, leadership coaching or related coaching qualifications
