About the Role
n
We're looking for an energetic and organised Junior Sales, Marketing and Admin representativeto join our growing team.
n
This is a varied, hands‐on role, perfect for someone who doesn't want to sit behind a desk doing the same thing every day.
n
You'll work closely with our sales team across social media content, marketing, sales support and general administration.
n
One day you might be filming and editing a product video, the next helping prepares a customer quote, updating our listings, following up an enquiry or helping coordinate a machine delivery.
n
We're looking for an all‐rounder with initiative who is comfortable learning different parts of the business.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
Marketing / Content & Social Media
n
n
Create short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
n
Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera when required
n
Edit videos using CapCut, Canva or similar
n
Take photos of equipment and prepare content for social media
n
Help develop new content ideas, hooks and campaigns
n
Assist with maintaining a consistent online presence
n




Assist with Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn campaigns
n
Assist with product brochures, promotions and sales material
n
Help track marketing enquiries and campaign performance
n
Respond to incoming customer enquiries
n
Update customer and lead information
n
Help maintain our CRM and sales pipeline
n
Follow up warm leads where required
n
Assist with equipment information, photos and specifications for customers
n
Work closely with the sales team to help opportunities move forward
n
n
Administration
n
n
General office and administrative support across multiple office locations
n
Data entry, invoicing and minor accounting duties
n
Preparing basic documents and correspondence
n
Assisting with delivery and equipment paperwork
n
Answering calls and directing customer enquiries
n
Helping keep the office and sales processes organised
n
n
Who We're Looking For
n
This is an entry level role, however, experience with Canva, CapCut, CRM systems, sales, administration or social media marketing would be an advantage.
n
What matters most is having a valuable attitude, confidence, creativity and the willingness to get involved.
