Job Description
Blacktown Animal Rehoming Centre (BARC) is part of Blacktown City Council. The Volunteer Coordinator role manages the volunteer program supporting animal care, enrichment, adoptions and community engagement.

You recruit volunteers, coordinate inductions, organise rosters and provide ongoing training and support. You work with teams to engage volunteers, run meetings, monitor performance and develop training programs to meet team needs.
