About the role
n
We're looking for an experienced Product Operations Lead & Vendor Manager to play a critical role in ensuring the successful operation, compliance and performance of card products across Australia and Current Zealand.
n
The responsibility extends to ensuring that the operational areas of our client continuously meet, or exceed, all
operational/compliance
requirements including adherence to applicable regulation including scheme guidelines, payment systems.

Key Responsibilities
n
You will be responsible for the operational management and oversight of key payment and scheme partners that enable our clients card products to operate successfully in market, including:
n
n
Managing relationships with Mastercard, BPAY, Fiserv, and other strategic payment partners.
n
Ensuring compliance with scheme operating rules, payment regulations, and industry standards.
n
Liaison with and being the first point contact for key strategic vendors who supports card operation to ensure vendor SLAs are met.
n
Overseeing card bureau operations and adherence to scheme card issuing requirements.
n




Monitoring and managing interfaces with payment schemes and processing platforms to ensure optimal performance.
n

A Successful Candidate Will Possess the Following
n
n
Track record of operational management of scheme/payment partners for cards products (ideally Mastercard)
n
Extensive and in depth knowledge of the Scheme Operating Rules and payment systems
n
Extensive working knowledge of credit card products and their functionality (both Scheme and Private Label)
n
Extensive knowledge of a cards receivable platform (e.g. VisionPLUS)
n
Experience with payment processing, scheme, Fiserv, Card Manufacturers, Statement and Loyalty)
n
