The Opportunity
n
Supporting the HSE Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving the company's Health, Safety, Environment and Quality systems across the business. Working closely with operational teams, you'll help drive compliance, promote a positive safety culture and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Support the HSEQ Management System and ensure ongoing compliance.
n
Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
n
Assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.
n
Coordinate site inductions and safety training.
n
Develop and review SWMS, risk assessments and HSEQ documentation.
n
Maintain compliance records, reporting and HSEQ statistics.
n
Support environmental and quality management initiatives.
n
Assist with internal and external audits.
n




Manage non-conformances and continuous improvement activities.
n
n
About You
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
Experience in an HSEQ role within civil construction, infrastructure or a similar industry.
n
Knowledge of WHS legislation and Integrated Management Systems.
n
Experience preparing SWMS, risk assessments and HSEQ documentation.
n
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
Experience using HSEQ software and Microsoft Office.
n
n
Highly regarded
n
n
Lead Auditor qualification (ISO).
n
ICAM or similar incident investigation training.
n
First Aid Certificate.
n
Environmental or sustainability qualifications.
n
n
