Key Responsibilities
n
n
Coordinate procurement and material supply to maintain production requirements
n
Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and assist with stock reconciliation processes
n
Support inbound logistics and warehouse coordination activities
n
Prepare and maintain reporting across inventory, scheduling, and supply chain performance metrics
n
Liaise with raw material suppliers, transport providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency
n
Work collaboratively with production planning,



manufacturing, and distribution teams
n
Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and accuracy
n
n
About You
n
n
1–3 years' experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Inventory, or Operations
n
Experience within a 3PL, FMCG, manufacturing, or warehousing environment highly regarded
n
ERP system experience preferred, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365
n
Sound understanding of procurement processes, inventory control, and stock reconciliation
n
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams
n
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
n
n
